ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - Airstrikes targeting security and military installations across Iran were fewer on Tuesday than in previous days as the Iran-Israel-US war entered its eleventh day.
Several security and military bases and facilities were hit in two Kurdish provinces of western Iran (Rojhelat), as well as in the capital Tehran and seven other provinces. In the Iranian capital, passengers of a vehicle were struck directly.
Rojhelat
From dawn until nightfall on Tuesday, several military sites were bombed in Lorestan and Kermanshah provinces.
In Kermanshah, military targets inside the city were attacked twice on Tuesday morning and afternoon. Residents of the province posted on social media that a base belonging to the Iranian Army at Lashkar Square inside Kermanshah city was bombarded five times.
In Lorestan province, media outlets close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported that a house in the village of Angaz, near Khorramabad, was bombed. They claimed the house contained civilians, resulting in the deaths of three women and one child.
Powerful explosions were also reported in Khorramabad and Chegeni cities. The IRGC’s provincial public relations office stated that several unexploded bombs and drones were intentionally detonated.
In Urmia, the capital of Iran’s West Azerbaijan province, state media reported that US and Israeli missile attacks damaged parts of Urmia University. These outlets said there were no casualties, though the exact time of the attack was not specified. During the first week of the war, dozens of locations in and around Urmia had been bombarded.

On Tuesday, the majority of the attacks were recorded in Tehran. Several locations were bombed in the neighborhoods of Narmak, Bahari Jonubi, Ekbatan, Tehransar, Kuhek, Resalat Square, Ekhtiarieh, and Dastgheyb.
Vehicles traveling on Bagheri Highway were also targeted. The Tehran Municipality reported five people killed and seven vehicles damaged, though passenger identities have not yet been released.
In Resalat Square, a residential area was hit, with at least three residential buildings bombed. On the same street, a building belonging to the Special Traffic Police was struck, resulting in four reported deaths.
The Israeli military announced on Tuesday that it targeted an underground missile production complex at the Imam Hossein Military University in Tehran on Monday night. They also stated they carried out another wave of attacks against targets in Tehran but did not release further details.
After Tehran, Tabriz and other cities in East Azerbaijan province experienced the highest number of attacks. Several bases and military sites were hit, including the Intelligence Department building of East Azerbaijan, the main building of the Special Police Unit for Civil Activities, and the Special Criminal Investigation Police Command center in Tabriz. Reports that the provincial governor’s building was bombed circulated but were denied by the Tabriz Crisis Control Department.
In Maragheh, a police command center and a police station were bombed. Additional police command centers in Binab and Ajab Shir were also hit. Other military and security bases were bombarded in Binab, Osku, Ajab Shir, Azarshahr, Maragheh, and Malekan in the East Azerbaijan province.
